[carpe] bluetooth keyboards: Changing Default Keyboard Layout to US

... it worked, but everytime I reconnected, it went to UK layout
and I had to manually change its layout to US again.

So I changed a couple of lines in /etc/default/keyboard to be:

XKBMODEL="us"
XKBLAYOUT="us"

and now it always has US layout
