Possible absence of some certifications compliance comes to 
mind

	Standards conformance
	- WiFi Alliance
	- ditto BT
	- FCC type compliance

	Health and Safety
	- UL (not that it probably matters here)
	- RoHS
	- CE

As this is (seems to be) a manufacturer of the line, I do not 
suspect 'seconds', QA rejects, or 'old stock'

But certainly there is no ability to effectively get re-dress 
for non-conforming goods, unless one is doing incoming testing 
and a prompt charge-back through the Alibaba mechanism
