[colug-432] An explanation

The colug.net server was rebased to a new location and new hardware
last week. Unfortunately the new list gained an extra '-' in the
mailman setup that was not reflected in the aliases. I did not
notice the lack of colug email (in my daily flood) until late last
night. The new list is colug-432 at colug.net, and it looks like folks
are already subscribed.

I've got a question about mailman setup if there is anyone with
significant experience who can contact me at jim at rossberry.com

My (and Russ's) apologies for the delays. (No, Russ did not get hit
by a bus, but he is unavailable at the moment.)
