[colug-432] Mo' bulged electrolytic capacitors: LCD Monitor: 1280x1024 19"

The plague continues. 

This time it was a no-name 1280x1024 LCD monitor. 

I plugged it into power, and the whole screen went all white 
all the time, regardless of any input. 

I found two bulged caps on the power supply board: 

    Nominal                    Measured
C5  1000 µF 16V CapXon 105°C   303 µF
C12 1000 µF 16V CapXon 105°C   335 µF

I replaced then with: 

    Nominal                 Measured
C5  1000 µF 16V SMS  85°C    919 µF
C12 1500 µF 16V KZG 105°C   1485 µF

Works fine now. I am getting better at this stuff. 
>From the time I put it on my bench to the time I snapped the 
bezel back on was less than half an hour. 
Knoppix automatically drove it at the correct resolution.
