While you have a box open, deal with the other stuff also.

Canned air does not make sense except for emergencies. 
Instead, use an air compressor, or a spare tank of compressed air.

Air compressor! Having a dryer would be nice. 
Remember to suck first, _then_ blow. For dust glued with 
tar from smoke, Q-tips and naphtha (lighter fluid) help. 

By the way, be careful removing dust from around hard drives. 
They have vent holes and you do _not_ want to suck air from 
or blow air into those holes, so do not get your vacuum cleaner 
or compressed air anywhere near the vent holes. Some vent holes 
are marked and have warnings; some vent holes are not even marked. 
I hold a finger over that hole while I vacuum or blast the dust 
away. _Temporarily_ taping over the hole should be fine too.
