[colug-432] In CentOS, what pakage provides network startup?

I have a CentOS 6 server that I'm building. I used the 'bare bones'
version of the distro.

I've configured the network with a static IP address, via the
system-config-network tool. However, the interface isn't configured on
startup. The 'network' service is configured to start on runlevel3, but
when I do an ifconfig the only interface present is lo. I have to ifconfig
eth0 manually.

Is there a package I'm missing?
