[colug-432] One CPU, or Two?

Cat out /proc/cpuinfo for a view of the processor as the os sees it. You'll
see physical and logical breakdowns of whats seen by the system.  In this
case,  on physical id 0, you'll see two entries: logical CPU 0 and 1.
