Heck if you *really* don't mind commuting, you can score a 4br place of 
between 1,600-2,000 sq ft. for the mid to high 100's, AND live in a place 
that's just like Cape Cod.  But it's an hour away.  The number of Columbus 
commuters in this community was surprisingly high before gas prices hit 
$4 a gallon... but even at $6 a gallon the difference in mortgage payments 
would make it a wash.  With telecommuting capability - there are two 
choices for high speed internet in this community - it's highly 
advantageous.
