[colug-432] October presenter solicitations

According to the schedule, this is a Saturday afternoon month.

But I'm less interested in adhering to an arbitrary schedule than I am
in encouraging meaningful technical and social interaction.

If the last Wednesday of the month works for folks, we could do that.
Or a Thursday or a Tuesday.
