[colug-432] COLUG rules for Free/Sale stuff

[Chris Embree]

Pat Collins tells me they sell for $750 (sell might be a strong word) at
the Dell store on the west side.  I didn't know there was such a thing.

Make me an offer; they're only worth what someone is willing to pay.
