[colug-432] Colug site seems to be down

I just tried to visit www.colug.net from two different networks. It is
not responding to http requests or pings. I was trying to see when and
where the May meeting is. I have a Stump the Chump issue to bring if
you still do that. I haven't been to a meeting in years. I keep
meaning to but it never works out.
