http://www.colug.net/  is now live on a new machine and 
location, at least for a while

As noted therein:

The network fabric provider changed IP assignment blocks for 
the server formerly handling the COLUG website, on no advance 
notice, sometime after midnight 22 May; the site staff at the 
server location inadvertently damaged the server, and it has 
been decommissioned, with its drive salvaged and retained, to 
permit content recovery.
