Ubuntu 10.04 Wifi to SMC Baricade 7004AWBR router w/1 printer port to HP 
LazerJet 1100

File -> Print. Only print to file comes up

I went to System -> Administration -> Printing -> Server -> Connect. 
Connect comes up w/localhost displayed I clicked on Connect. I get CUPS 
server error. There was an error during the CUPS operation:failed to 
connect to server.

I did printing troubleshooter -> Forward: CUPS Service Stopped. The CUPS 
print spooler does not appear to be running. To correct this, choose 
System -> Administration -> Services and look for CUPS service.

There is no Services listed under Administration on 10.04. What to do? 
Where is the Services?

The SMC Admin System Status page sees the printer and says it is ready.
