in 10.04 I have:

Mouse Keys -> Unchecked "Pointer > can be controlled using the Keypad"

That kind of works, say if you type 60 wpm, but the Keypad becomes 
active again after the briefest of pause.

I just want to use wireless mouse and have Keypad completely disabled 
w/out having to apply duct tape over the keypad.
