If you are planning to attend the PGP/GPG key signing BoF at OLF, you
need to send your fingerprint ahead of time to David Thomas.

Opportunistic key signing does not require ahead-of-time prep.  But
when there is a gathering like this, the fingerprints are printed.
Yeah ... PAPER.  Long story, but the emphasis is on legal and personal
validation versus the electronic part.  The event is decidedly LOW
TECH.  The electronic signing is done afterwards.
