Probably not directly.  If you haven't used up all 4 of your primary 
partitions, you MIGHT be able to dd the disk, then run fdisk and add a 
new primary partition, and then extend the LVM that way.   LVM allow you 
to add new disks/partitions to an existing volume group.

But I would recommend downloading clonezilla.  It will go way faster 
than dd, and it WILL allow you to expand the volume group.
