[colug-432] pear package - LiveUser

Any one using LiveUser?
pear is an add on to php, I guess analogous to how Latex is an add on to
Tex.
LiveUser provides the web server infrastructure for user login/off with
various
permissions that one can give to the users.  The package includes example
php
code but doesn't include any wrappers needed to really manage the users on
an
account.

I've been using LiveUser for several months and have written most of the
wrappers
I needed, things like add a new user, show all the users with their
various permissions
and such.

I'm struggling to figure out how to show who is currently logged in.
It appears to be  using html to keep track of the user's state.
Specifically I would like to create  an administrator page that shows me
a list of currently logged in users.
