[colug-432] Blinking Caps Lock WITHOUT lockup?

No, but I've seen something similar.  On my Ubuntu desktop, whenever
dconf starts working, my NumLock blinks rapidly in sync with the hard
drive light.  Maybe CentOS uses Caps Lock instead?
