[colug-432] Insight down load speed.

Back in September I took a road  trip from  Columbus to South Dakota.
Several  places on my trip including a cousin had much faster internet than
I was
getting
on my ATT DSL line.  So I changed to Insight and went from  2.3 Mb/s to 10
Mb/s.


Recently Insight was bought by Time Warner.  Earlier in the week I noticed
that
my down load speed is now above 20 Mb/s.  Nearly 30 on occasion.
They opened the gates. Happy I am.

I'm using speedtest.net for the tests.
