[colug-432] Woot has SurfBoard Cable Modems again today

Hey COLUG-

Just a follow up to the previous traffic regarding BYO Cable Modems...

Today, woot.com has the SB6121. It's selling for $40 plus shipping, as a
refurbished modem.

It is DOCSIS 3.0, and is listed on TWC's website, as well as woot's page
says it's compatible with all major providers (I didn't check each
providers' websites).

It seems it's on the lower end of performance (rated for plans up to 50Mbps
download), but who's getting 50Mbps from TWC anyways?
