Speaking of WoW availability, my landlord (I live in a building that seems to have been converted to apartments, I believe it was previously just a simple house layout) claims that WoW wants them to sign some massive set of legal papers just to provide a hookup on the building and he refuses to sign the papers because they said it shouldn't require over 30 pages of legal write up for an Internet hookup on the side of the building.

Then again, I'm sort of content with TWC at the moment. I wish my bill was as long as it was when I signed up. I use to have their 30Mbps/5Mbps for $60 a month (plus modem rental fee) then after a year it went up to $70 (plus modem rental fee).

Anyone have any insight about what it takes to get a WoW hookup on a residential property that has apartments?
