[colug-432] Comcast and connectivity alternatives

I live in Delaware and have TW. I had this intermittent issue a few years ago. TW finally resolved it. They replaced
the cable connectors on the end of the cable in the pedestal in my yard. Can they be that sensitive? Odd!
