[colug-432] Connect what now?

I became curious about why two connectors and not just one and found this
informative resource:

which says:

"To meet PCI Express requirements, in the new ATX2 computers the old 2x10
main power connector has been replaced by 2x12 connector. An additional 2x2
power cable is used for the second 12V rail. It supports the processor's
voltage regulator."

P.S. Now I'm getting the itch to build a PC... used to build them myself
until Dell made it too easy buy and my free time shrunk after having kids.
