DHCPv6 is kind of a ... steenkin' pile

Better here is go with the radvd (route, and ipv6m 
advertisement daemon) from our experience provisioning it 
commercially for several years.  It plays much more easily, 
and manageably, with the emergence of ephemeral and VM 
instances
