[colug-432] CMH TW providing residential ipv6

I have one of their Arris dual "cable modems / VOIP ATA" CPE boxes.
Checking the config screens, I find there is an IPv6 tab, it's "enabled"
and it shows I also have obtained a Dynamic IPv6 address.
I don't profess to know all of the lingo, but the info shown to me is:
IP Address V6: 2607:FCC8:FFC0:33:2962:C040:xxxx:xxxx.... (I'll mask the
last two sets of digits)
Delegated Prefix: 2607:FCC8:FCC1::
Delegated Prefix Length: 56
Gateway Address: FE80::221:D8FF:FED1:29D9
So this seems to indicate the availability is not restricted to BYOM.
