[colug-432] WOW Cable Modems

The SB6141 from Motorola is a fantastic DOCSIS 3.0 unit, and at $90 it's a fair price.  I was paying TWC a $6/month lease on my old Surfboard, so at that rate, it paid for itself in 18 months.
