No sweat. Thanks for circling back around to this topic.

Got several tips and offers of help. Rob Funk posted part of his main.cf
which clued me in to do "smtp" and "smtpd" a little more consistently,
and that was my main problem. Since then, Postfix got restarted and I
confirm TLS traffic flowing.
