[colug-432] Help with Linux 17.1

Good Morning:

    I am in need of help concerning Linux 17.1 and webcam activation (among
other issues). This request applies ONLY to those who want to help!
The issue(s) at hand would require someone with patience and considerable
knowledge of Linux and laptop computers; especially HP laptops. I'll add
that I've been all around the 'web" forums/help sites and the laptop's
problems are still not solved. Perhaps this is an issue that requires
"shop" work; I don't know? So, if you are interested, please indicate your
willingness to help and send a request for information to my e-mail.
