[colug-432] EXT4 errors in kernels 4.0.? on several distributions.

if you are running raid ( fake or software raid ) on
Arch, Debian, Fedora and possibly other systems
you can suffer massive data losses.  Symptoms hit with fsck failing at boot
time for me.


I got bit and it took a bit of teeth gnashing to fix it.
if you search for
kernel 4.0.2 ext4 errors
you will get a lot of hits.

I'm going back to kernel 3.19 for a while
