[colug-432] XP Registry Value

If anyone has convenient access to an XP-Pro box, could I trouble that
person to send me the value of

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\UserPreferencesMask

?

This value affects, inter alia, the auto-raise on mouseover setting,
which I have modified following the instructions at
https://sinewalker.wordpress.com/2010/03/10/ms-windows-focus-follows-mouse-registry-hacks/
, which work fine.

I've realized, however, that I prefer the window to autoraise, otherwise
I am typing in the wrong window unintentionally.
