[colug-432] Inexpensive Web Hosting Site

What are your requirements? I have a VPS with securedragon.com that costs
less than $20/yr and it hosts my mail domain, runs postfix, spamassassin,
courier, dovecot, lighttpd and roundcube for webmail. Works like a charm.
