[colug-432] Lazer Printer

I love HP for Linux printing but I have also had really good results with
two cheap network mono lasers from Samsung on Ubuntu. This is the last one
I got, my boss has been using it for months with no complaints. I can't
remember 100% but I may have done the initial setup via a wired network
connection but I don't remember if it was necessary or just what I did.
