[colug-432] PowerPC hardware recommendations

PowerPC was derived from earlier IBM POWER architecture and over time 
the PowerPC development has been folded back into the POWER ISA.  You 
could find a reasonably low cost new or used IBM Power system and be 
very highly compatible.
