[colug-432] PGP key signing BoF at OLF Friday evening

FYI, we're holding the annual (so far, for the past few years) PGP key
signing again at OLF. It will be Friday at 7PM.

I'm kind of fond of the PGP "web of trust". These key signing parties
are how we extend it.
