[colug-432] Where to host an open source website

I'm a fan of GitHub pages [1] for hosting project related static sites.
It's easy to use and manage IMHO.  As for mailing lists, I have no opinions
aside from Google Groups [2], but that's not really a recommendation, I
just know a few projects that have some success with it.
