[colug-432] raspberrypi python audio playback

I have an HDMI audio splitter. It accepts an HDMI input and sends the
audio to an optical audio output (and the video on to an HDMI output).
It is a powered device, so not much better than Jim's recommendation to
use a monitor, but you wouldn't have to block a screen. You would need
to accept optical audio, of course.
