Yes, I'm using an HE tunnel on a couple of my VPSes.  Works OK --
not great, but it gets me IPv6 connectivity.

The thing I'll miss most about SixXS will be their IPv4Gate:  Append
".ipv4.sixxs.org" to an IPv6-capable domain name, and it will access
the site on IPv6 and re-send it to you over IPv4.  For someone who
does not have local IPv6 access, that's a great testing tool.  I hope
someone else picks it up.
