Easy:
1) Secure a team of organizers.
2) Secure a venue.
3) Secure sponsors.
4) Secure speakers.
5) Secure volunteers.
6) Secure pizza.
7) Show up.

I can supply equipment (projectors, percolators, etc.), seed funding,
previous contacts, mailing lists, website access, advice, ...
I just can't supply the leadership/organization right now.
