We use a <a href="http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Static/Home/Products/ProductCatalog/?PC_7_RJH9U5230GDE40I2KG4TI91816_nid=Q0RL8ZLMTDbeCGWHMSH7ZKgl">3M Electronics Vacuum</a> with small doses of canned air. Picks up dust and even toner with no trouble. Doesn't transfer static charge back to electronic components. Portable, compact, comes with many different attachments.<br>

I've never had any issues with using plain old compressed air to<br>
charge a tote-able cylinder for use to blow away the dust...just use a<br>
water separator on the compressor line to make sure the air is<br>
reasonably dry.<br>
