<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_extra">I've noticed similar performance issues-- just last night, our Netflix connection crapped out (at about the same time my wife complained that "the internet went dead"). A few minutes later, everything was fine. This has happened several times over the past few weeks (even ignoring the massive amazon-induced netflix outage on xmas eve). Other times, I've noticed amazing keystroke lags (when typing at shells running on a virtual server in the New Jersey area). Still other times, TWC's DNS servers have crapped out (prompting me to put in the IP addresses for opendns and the trusty 4.2.2.2 on my network configurations). I've chalked this all up to TWC doing some sort of network maintenance.</div>
