<p dir="ltr">I followed a pretty simple step by step "how to" in Dec 2012 Maximum PC for putting Deb on Pi. It showed me what I was doing wrong with my SD card. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Its available for download free on Maximum PC's site. </p>

Generally, that means there is something wrong with the image. I have not had this issue after writing a new image, but I have caused this to occur by not giving the Pi enough time to shut down.<br>
