<div dir="ltr">I did a setup two weeks ago and in Columbus WOW still charges 10.00 a month for static IP's on residential. There are NO deals on blocks or bundles of IP's but you can get as many as you like. </div>

It's SIP-based, so you can fire up your favorite softphone, too. They also have a smartphone app for calls, VM, SMS, and fax messages.</div>

My only complaint is that they were a bit too eager to "help" (and would call all the time to make sure I was happy -- as well as to see if they could up-sell me). I eventually asked them to stop calling me unless I called them with a problem and they stopped immediately.</div>
