<div dir="ltr">I understand that tmux would need to pause all updates till the end print job escape sequence was received. So I guess I would need to do more than tell tmux to ignore the special escape code was received as this is a special case. I've looked over their documentation and don't see this kind of support. Does anyone know if screen supports this kind of feature?</div>

column or row outside the size of the pane? Should tmux pass<br>
that on through as is, or should tmux recognize that that might<br>
cause stuff to be displayed in the wrong pane and gobble or<br>
modify escape sequences to avoid such?<br>

Would the printer log escape sequences enable/disable for<br>
output of one pane or the whole window? Do you want to see<br>
status line stuff output to the printer also? Every minute?<br>
