<div dir="ltr">I should have used a better term then "believe" as "guessing from memory" might have served better. In the past year I pulled a 210 with a 2.8 p4 from the scrap pile and its max was 2GB. That was not as disappointing as finding the 2 DIMMS in it were 256 MB. Free is free though. </div>

I found 4 GB max for the machine from the link below. A lot of times
Dell's info is dated to the time of manufacture. The info I got was
relevant to the Service tag number. Dell may use mobo's from any
number of manufacturers for a particular product and they can be
different.<br>

Performance will be marginally better with two sticks, but

the overall specs of the system, probably not enough to be
noticeable.<br>

If I can find where I put it, I did have a couple of
sticks lying around<br>
that I'd be willing to let you borrow to test. Heck, if I
