<p class="MsoNormal">I used TWC for a while, but switched to WOW. A bit more expensive, but has been very reliable and it just stays out of my way. Tech who installed gave the the keys to the modem which I put into bridging mode and let my pfsense firewall handle everything. It just works. </p>
