I wonder if this would be a good plug to bring in contributors for the SURRO project.</div><div><br></div><div>There have been some <a href="http://linux.silogroup.org/index.php/2018/06/05/curious-about-surro-linux/">significant updates</a>. Our <a href="https://source.surroindustries.com/Cycle0/Foster">build process is now containerized</a> for host OS abstraction.</div><div><br></div><div>Still stuck in cross-compiler stage due to lack of time and headcount, so, no bootable image yet. I'm not sure if we're ready but boy do we sure need people.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Also, if any of you would like contributor rights to our repo, create an account on our SCM and let me know so I can add you. If we can get through this nasty cross-compile phase to the point where we are shelled into the chroot we can probably have a robust, bootable ISO installer and rescue image ready by Christmas or potentially sooner.
