Mouser, Jameco, and Digi-Key all handle little orders from folks like us.
I have been dealing with all of them since the early '80s or late '70s.

Of those three, I like Digi-Key the best. 
They all screw up from time to time.
Digi-Key has been good to deal with about correcting screw-ups.
