[colug-432] 200 line kernel patch

Yes, I'm using the Vista-aero theme.  I also use no-script and there are
not always flash elements, except when there is a video.  I tried
disabling the theme and even though it's still using a lot of CPU time
it seems a little bit faster now.  I like the Vista-aero theme because
of the functionality it offers that you don't get with the default theme
(the "blue square" context search similar to IE8).  I'd hate to not be
able to use a theme just because it takes up so much processing time.
Any other suggestions?
