[colug-432] What is the meaning of a trailing "+" in "ls -l" permissions output?

Hello,

I'm trying to $DEFAULT_SEARCH_ENGINE this, but thought I'd ask here, too, since I'm find that it's not exactly the easiest thing to search for.

I saw on a Red Hat (?) box today file permissions that included a trailing + character.  I've never seen that before, and I'm trying to figure out what it indicates:

   -rw-rwxr--+

Does anyone out there have a URL handy that explains what this means?
