And Windows 8 is Microsoft's attempt at same.  Seems like everyone is
designing UI's for < 10" single touch screens and then shoehorning them to
desktops as if they were afterthoughts.  Last I checked (11.04) Unity
didn't work on my multi-monitor desktop setup.
